Yuk, Bikin Ebi Furai, Si Udang Berlapis Tepung Yang Renyah

Ingin bikin ebi furai yang lurus dan renyah? Ada triknya. Kalau kamu sudah bisa, nggak perlu jajan lagi di resto bento. Yuk, bikin!

 

BAHAN:

500 gr udang, kupas kulitnya, sisakan ekor

1 sdt air jeruk lemon

1 sdt kecap ikan

1/2 sdt garam

 

LARUTAN TEPUNG:

150 gr tepung terigu

220 ml air

1/2 sdt garam

 

BALUTAN:

tepung roti kasar

 

CARA MEMBUAT:

1. Belah punggung udang dan keluarkan selaput hitamnya. Kerat-kerat sepanjang perut udang.

2. Balikkan posisi udang tengkurap, tekan-tekan hingga lurus.

3. Campur air jeruk, kecap ikan, dan garam. Tuang ke atas udang. Biarkan 30 menit

4. Celup udang pada larutan tepung, gulingkan pada tepung panir. Goreng hingga matang.
