Pasta Kimchi, Asam Pedas Bikin Makan Jadi Makin Berselera

Kimchi nggak cuma enak dimakan begitu saja. Coba, deh, campur dengan makanan lain, pasta dengan saus daging keju, misalnya. Tambahan rasa asam dan pedas kimchi yang khas banget itu bikin pasta jadi unik. Makan dijamin jadi makin berselera, nih!

 

BAHAN:

225 gr spaghetti rebus

200 gr kimchi

4 sdm gochujang

1 sdm saus tiram

2 sdt kecap ikan

2 siung bawang putih , cincang halus

1 buah bawang bombay, cincang

200 gr daging giling

150 gr keju mozzarella parut

100 gr cooking cream

nori, gunting halus

CARA MEMBUAT:

1. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan daging giling, aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan kimchi, aduk rata.

2. Masukkan gochujang, saus tiram, kecap ikan, aduk rata. Tambahkan spaghetti, aduk lagi, sisihkan.

3. Masak cooking cream, aduk sapai hangat. Tambahkan keju, aduk smapai larut.

4. Sajikan spaghetti dan saus keju. Taburkan nori.
